Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year are now open for all of ELTE’s internationally accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s programmes, and most Doctoral programmes.

Students from across the globe are invited to join Eötvös Loránd University, one of Central Europe’s leading research universities, and become part of our diverse and welcoming international community. With more than 100 English-taught degree programmes across a wide range of academic fields, ELTE offers high-quality education, strong research foundations, and an inspiring learning environment in Budapest.

This year, ELTE is launching two new international degree programmes for the first time: the Chemistry BSc and the Law, Politics and Economics MA .
