Horvát-magyar jogtörténeti csereszeminárium

A csereszemináriumot az ELTE Magyar Állam- és Jogtörténeti Tanszéke és a Zágrábi Egyetem Horvát Állam- és Jogtörténeti Tanszéke közösen szervezi, idei témája: The development and codification of criminal law and criminal law procedure after 1848. A horvát és magyar hallgatók két napon keresztül mutathatják be kutatási eredményeiket, amit közös vita követ.

Zanócz Gréta: The similarities between jury trial and people's court in the hungarian history of law
