Orientation Days for International Students 2015/2016 Autumn
Invitation
We warmly invite all international students to our Orientation Days for the Autumn semester 2015/2026 at ELTE. We highly recommend you attending the event where you can meet fellow newly-arrived international students.
Time: 2–4 September 2015
Participation is free.
Please note that registration is necessary in advance until 1 September for some activities.
During the Orientation Day you will hear about:
- ELTE and ELTE faculties in general
- Administrative to-do’s to get settled in Budapest (registration in Budapest, insurance) and to start your studies at ELTE (registration at the University, student ID)
- Services provided by the University (e.g., library, language learning)
- Ways to spend free time at ELTE (ESN ELTE, sports, university choir and orchestra, dance group)

ONLY for students at the Faculty of Humanities (BTK):
There will be orientations organized on week 7-11 September at the Faculty of Humanities.
Please contact your faculty coordinator for more details.
Campus tour: Join the Campus tour at the Faculty of Humanities at 2:00 p.m. on 2 September (Wednesday) and explore the campus.
ONLY for students at the Faculty of Education and Psychology (PPK):
Faculty orientation programs are running between 31 August - 4 September at the Faculty of Education anmd Psychology.
Please contact your faculty coordinator for more details.
ONLY for students at the Faculty of Science (TTK):
There is no faculty orientation program organized for students at the Faculty of Science. You receive all information in emails. Please check your emails regularly.
Campus tour: Join the campus tour of the Faculty of Informatics or Faculty of Social Sciences on Lágymányos Campus on 2 September (Wednesday) and explore the campus.
