"My advice to future students is to definitely contact and visit the university beforehand. They always answer quickly, even questions about the smallest things you wonder."

Why ELTE?

I have chosen ELTE because of the outstanding educational program. After speaking with students and professors from several universities, I was confident of my decision that ELTE is the best choice for me. With many excellent teachers and professors it was no doubt that the Faculty of Education and Psychology would provide me the necessary theoretical and practical skills needed to excel in the professional world.

What do  you like most about being a student at ELTE?

I have now studied at Eötvös Loránd University for nearly 3 years. Time has passed by very quickly. I can finally say that I feel confident in the city and I feel I got a better overview of the region. Budapest is a lovely city. The city has a long history as visualized by the great architecture in virtually the entire city. The best thing about studying at ELTE is the freedom you have here as a student. The opportunities here, all the experience, and the fact that you actually learn about something you are passionate about and really interested in make Budapest a fun city for students.

What are the challenges in your study program?

The biggest challenges would definitely be that it took me a while to understand and to adapt to the Hungarian educational system. But after getting the help I needed, I got more confident with it.

How do you think your degree will help you in your life and career?

Eötvös Loránd University is ranked as the best in Hungary, according to Academic Ranking of World Universities. There are a variety of subjects to choose from divided between the university's eight faculties. I believe that Eötvös Loránd University is a perfect place to take the first steps towards academic goals and international career.

Do you have any recommendations for future students at ELTE?

My advice to future students is to definitely contact and visit the university beforehand. They always answer quickly, even questions about the smallest things you wonder.
