1. Részvételi feltételek

Az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem (Rektori Kabinet Minőségügyi Iroda) (továbbiakban: Játékszervező) kérdőíves ajándéksorsolásában kizárólag azok vehetnek részt, akik

• az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetemmel hallgatói jogviszonyban állnak (beiratkoztak*) és (!) a 2016/17-es tanév tavaszi félévére regisztráltak feltéve, hogy a tanulmányi rendszerben érvényes e-mail címmel rendelkeznek és tanulmányaikat budapesti képzési helyen folytatják;
• az Unipoll kérdőívező rendszeren keresztül meghirdetett és a Neptun tanulmányi rendszerben regisztrált e-mail címére kiküldött, vagy a Neptun tanulmányi rendszer hallgatói webes felületén Ügyintézés/Kérdőívek menüpont alatt található „Szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” elnevezésű kérdőívet 2017. április 4. és 26. között és/vagy a „Nemzetközi hallgatói szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” kérdőívet 2017. április 28. és 2017. május 12. között hiánytalanul kitöltik és
• érvényes e-mail címük megadásával, valamint a játékszabályzat kifejezett elfogadásával regisztrálnak a nyereményjátékra.

2. Kitöltés menete

2017. évben az egyetemi szolgáltatások online felmérésről valamennyi valamely ELTE felsőoktatási szakképzésre, alapképzésre, mesterképzésre, osztatlan képzésre, doktori képzésre, vagy régi típusú egyetemi vagy főiskolai képzésre beiratkozott és a 2016/2017-es tanév második félévére regisztrált, budapesti képzési helyen tanuló ELTE hallgató értesítést kap. Az online kérdőív a Neptun tanulmányi rendszerben regisztrált e-mail címre történő kiküldéssel, az abban található egyedileg generált linkre kattintva, illetve a a Neptun tanulmányi rendszer hallgatói webes felületén Ügyintézés/Kérdőívek menüpont alatt található érhető el a kitöltésre felkért hallgatók számára.

A kérdőív kitöltése önkéntes, a felmérés anonim. A kérdőív kitöltése során a felmérésben részt vevőknek semmilyen személyes adatot nem kell megadniuk, kérdésekre adott válaszokból a kérdőívet kitöltő személye nem beazonosítható.

Az ELTE hallgatók a „Szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017”, illetve a „Nemzetközi hallgatói szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” kérdőív maradéktalan kitöltését követően jelentkezhetnek a nyereményjátékra a játékszabályzat kifejezett elfogadásával és érvényes e-mail címük megadásával.

Kizárólag azon nyereményjátékra való jelentkezések fogadhatók el, amelyek a „Szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” keretében 2017. április 4. 11:00 és április 26. 23:59 óra között, továbbá a „Nemzetközi hallgatói szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” keretében 2017. április 28. 9:00 és május 12. 23:59 óra között érkeznek be.

A nyereménysorsoláson részt venni kívánó ELTE hallgatók, e-mail címük megadásával – a nyereményjátékra történő regisztráción túl hozzájárulnak ahhoz is –, hogy bármely díj megnyerése esetén a nyeremény átadásáról fénykép és interjú készülhessen és azok az ELTE Rektori Kabinet Minőségügyi Iroda, az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtár, az ELTE Szolgáltató Központ és a Budapesti Egyetemi Atlétikai Club Sportegyesület (BEAC) honlapjain közzétételre kerüljenek**.

3. A nyereményjáték időtartama

A „Szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” elnevezésű felmérés 2017. április 4. 11:00-tól 2017. április 26. 23:59-ig tart. A „Nemzetközi hallgatói szolgáltatási felmérés – 2017” elnevezésű felmérés 2017. április 28. 9:00-tól 2017. május 12. 23:59-ig tart. A kérdőív kitöltésére felkért hallgatók kizárólag ezen időszakon belül tudnak jelentkezni a nyereményjátékra.

4. Nyeremények

A nyereményjátékra regisztrálók között a Játékszervező az alábbi ajándékcsomagokat sorsolja ki:

• 2 darab fesztiválcsomag, melynek tartalma 1-1 darab hetijegy a 2017. július 11-17. között Velencén megrendezésre kerülő Egyetemisták és Főiskolások Országos Turisztikai Találkozójára (EFOTT), valamint 1-1 teljes fesztivál felszerelés az ott alváshoz, benne egy sátorral, egy hálózsákkal és egy polifoam szivaccsal.
• 1 darab Levono Tab3 7 Essential 3G tablet
• 2 darab ELTE ajándékcsomag:
  • 1. csomag: 1 darab sportbérlet (a nyertes választhat az alábbi bérletek közül: aerobik, konditerem, spinning), 1 darab BEAC sporttáska és 1 darab BEAC pulóver a BEAC felajánlásával; 1-1 darab „az ELTE tulajdonában lévő korvinák” témájú exkluzív falinaptár és a „Pázmány-relikviák a budapesti Egyetemi Könyvtárban” c. kiadvány az Egyetemi Könyvtárért Alapítvány felajánlásával.
  • 2. csomag: 1 darab BEAC pulóver, 1 darab BEAC 1898 póló, 1 darab BEAC bögre BEAC felajánlásával; 1 darab a Könyvtár freskóit ábrázoló díszpárna, valamint 1-1 darab „az ELTE tulajdonában lévő korvinák” témájú exkluzív falinaptár és a „Pázmány-relikviák a budapesti Egyetemi Könyvtárban” c. kiadvány az Egyetemi Könyvtárért Alapítvány felajánlásával.

Előre nem várható események esetére a Játékszervező fenntartja magának a jogot, hogy a nyerteseknek a játékszabályzatban meghirdetett nyeremények helyett alternatív nyereményeket ajánljon fel azonos értékben.

5. Sorsolás, a nyertesek értesítése

A sorsolás időpontja: 2017. május 15. 12:00 óra.

A sorsolás helyszíne a Játékszervező székhelye: 1056 Budapest, Szerb utca 21-23.

A sorsolás nyilvános. A nyerteseket a Microsoft Office Excel 2007 program véletlenszám-generátor függvény segítségével sorsoljuk ki. A program segítségével 1 és 1000000 közötti véletlen szám rendelődik a sorsolásban résztvevőkhöz, majd a véletlen szám szerint csökkenő sorrendbe rendeződnek a résztvevők. A 5 legnagyobb véletlen számmal rendelkező résztvevő lesz a nyertese a játéknak.

A nyerteseket a Játékszervező a regisztráció során megadott e-mail címen értesíti a sorsolást követő 5 munkanapon belül. A nyertesek a Játékszervezővel előzetesen egyeztetett időpontban és helyen személyesen vehetik át nyereményüket.

5. Általános szabályok

A nyeremények másra át nem ruházhatók, készpénzre át nem válthatók.

A nyereményjátékból ki vannak zárva

• az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem Rektori Kabinetjével, az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtárával valamint az ELTE Szolgáltató Központtal közalkalmazotti jogviszonyban, hallgatói munkaszerződésen alapuló jogviszonyban álló személyek, továbbá a Budapesti Egyetemi Atlétikai Club Sportegyesület alkalmazottai, illetve tisztségviselői,
• a nyereményjáték szervezésében, lebonyolításában résztvevő egyéb közreműködök,
• továbbá mindezen személyeknek a Ptk. 8:1. § (1) bekezdésének 1. pontja szerinti közeli hozzátartozói és 2. pont szerinti hozzátartozói.

A nyereménysorsolásból kizárásra kerülnek azok a regisztrálók, akik a regisztráció folyamán hiányosan vagy rosszul adták meg adataikat, akiknek megadott adataik nem valósak, vagy a regisztrációs feltételeket, játékszabályzatot nem fogadták el. A regisztráló téves adatszolgáltatása miatt a Játékszervezőt nem terheli felelősség.

Amennyiben a Játékszervező tudomására jut, hogy e kizárás ellenére valamely előbb felsorolt személy mégis részt vett a játékban, a Játékszervező e személyt a Játékból kizárhatja és tőle az esetlegesen átadott nyereményt illetve annak értékét visszakövetelheti.

A Játékszervező a nyerteseket a regisztráció során megadott e-mail címen értesíti nyereményükről, és annak átvételének lehetőségéről. Amennyiben az értesítő nem kézbesíthető, (pl.: a hallgató által megadott e-mail cím nem létezik, vagy téves), a Játékszervező megkísérli újból elküldeni az értesítőt. Amennyiben másodszor sem sikerül értesíteni a nyertest, helyére a pótnyertesek sorrendjében első helyen szereplő, ajándékot jelen sorsoláson még nem nyert hallgató kerül. Amennyiben a sikeresen kézbesített értesítés ellenére a nyertes 5 munkanapon belül nem jelentkezik nyereményéért, úgy a Játékszervező másodszori értesítés küld. Amennyiben a második sikeresen kézbesített értesítéstől számított 5 munkanap elteltével sem jelentkezik a nyertes nyereményéért, úgy helyére a pótnyertesek sorrendjében következő helyen szereplő, ajándékot jelen sorsoláson még nem nyert hallgató kerül

A regisztráló a nyereményjátékra történő regisztráció tényével feltétel nélkül beleegyezik, hogy a Játékszervező az adatait (megadott e-mail címét) – az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény rendelkezéseinek megtartása mellett – a jelen nyereményjáték lebonyolítása érdekében használja, kezelje és az adatokat az adatok feldolgozásával megbízott adatfeldolgozó részére továbbítsa. A regisztráló tudomásul veszi, hogy a Játékszervező (adatkezelő) és az esetlegesen megbízott adatfeldolgozó adatait a jelen szabályzatban meghatározott céltól eltérően nem kezeli, és azt – különösen a kérdőívre adott további válaszok elemzéséhez kapcsolódóan – nem dolgozza fel. Az adatkezelő nyereményjáték során megadott e-mail címeket a nyeremények átadását követően 8 napon belül törli az adatbázisából.  Az adatkezelés jogalapja a regisztrálók (játékosok) önkéntesen megadott hozzájárulása (Infotv. 5. § (1) bek. a) pont). Jelen Szabályzat a regisztrálók (játékosok) tájékoztatásának minősül.

Az adatkezelés célja a nyereményjáték lebonyolítása. Az adatszolgáltatás a regisztráló részéről önkéntes. A regisztráló adatait a Játékszervező bizalmasan kezeli, azokhoz kizárólag a Játékszervező által megbízott adatfeldolgozó munkatársai férhetnek hozzá. A nyereményjátékban résztvevő az ELTE Rektori Kabinet Minőségügyi Iroda 1056 Budapest, Szerb utca 21-23. szám alatti címén, vagy a minoseg@rk.elte.hu e-mail címen bármikor kérheti adatai helyesbítését, kiegészítését, és indokolás nélkül megtilthatja adatai további kezelését. Amennyiben a regisztráló e-mail címének kezelését a nyereménysorsolást megelőzően visszavonja, a játékból kizárásra kerül.

Megjegyzések:
* A beiratkozás a nemzeti felsőoktatásról szóló 2011. évi CCIV. törvény. 39. § (3) bekezdése alapján a hallgatói jogviszony létrehozását jelenti. Ettől eltérő fogalom a regisztráció, melynek keretében a hallgató az elektronikus tanulmányi rendszerben bejelenti, hogy az adott tanulmányi félévben kíván-e tanulmányokat folytatni (ELTE HKR 35.§). A regisztráció alapján a hallgató az ELTE által meghirdetett valamely felsőoktatási szakképzésen, alapképzésen, mesterképzésen, osztatlan képzésen, doktori képzésen, vagy régi típusú egyetemi vagy főiskolai képzésen folytathat tanulmányokat.
** A nyereményjáték lebonyolítását a Rektori Kabinet Minőségügyi Iroda az Egyetemi Könyvtárral, az ELTE Karrierközponttal, valamint a Budapesti Egyetemi Atlétikai Club Sportegyesülettel (BEAC) együttműködésben végzi.

 

Rules of the prize draw of the Rector’s Cabinet, Quality Development Office of ELTE related to the poll on university services in the year 2017

1. Eligibility

Only the persons below are eligible to participate in the questionnaire related prize draw of Eötvös Loránd University (Quality Development Office of the Rector’s Cabinet) (hereinafter “Game Organiser”):

• who have student status (enrolled*) and (!) are registered for the spring semester of the 2016/2017 academic year, provided that they have a valid e-mail address in the academic registry system and are pursuing studies at a campus in Budapest;
• who fully complete the “Service Poll – 2017” questionnaire published through the Unipoll questionnaire system and sent to the e-mail address registered in the Neptun academic registry system between 4 and 26 April 2017 and/or the “International student services poll – 2017” questionnaire between 28 April 2017 and 12 May 2017, and
• who have registered for the prize draw by providing their valid e-mail address and by expressly accepting the rules of the game.

2. Questionnaire completion process

All ELTE students studying at a Budapest campus will receive notification of the online poll of university services, who are enrolled in 2017 in the vocational training, bachelor’s programme, master’s programme, single-cycle programme, PhD programme, or in an older type of university or college programme of ELTE’s higher education programme, and have registered for the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year. The online questionnaire is accessible to students requested to participate through the e-mail address registered in the Neptun academic registry system by clicking on the unique generated link.

The completion of the questionnaire is voluntary, the poll is conducted anonymously. When completing the questionnaire, poll respondents are not required to provide any personal data; the person completing the questionnaire cannot be identified on the basis of answers given to the questions.

After fully completing the “Service Poll – 2017” or “International student services poll – 2017” questionnaire, ELTE students may apply to participate in the prize draw by expressly accepting the rules of the game and providing their valid e-mail address.

Applications for participation in the prize draw shall be accepted only if received between 4 April 2017, 11:00 pm and 26 April 2017, 11:59 PM in relation to the “Service Poll – 2017”, and between 28 April 2017, 9:00 AM and 12 May 2017, 11:59 PM in relation to the “International student services poll – 2017”.

By providing their e-mail address, in addition to registering their participation in the prize draw, ELTE students wishing to participate in the prize draw also give their consent to the making of photographs and an interview on the presentation of the prize if they win any prize, and to the display of these on the websites of the Rector’s Cabinet, Quality Development Office of ELTE, the ELTE University Library, the ELTE Career Centre, and the Budapest University Athletic Club (BEAC)**.

3. Prize draw period

The poll called “Service Poll – 2017” will be held from 4 April 2017 11:00 AM, to 26 April 2017, 11:59 PM. The poll called “International student services poll – 2017” will be held from 28 April 2017, 9:00 AM to 12 May 2017, 11:59 PM. Students requested to complete the questionnaire may apply to participate in the prize draw only during this period.

4. Prizes

The Game Organiser shall draw the following prize packages for those registered for the prize draw:

• 2 festival packages containing 2x1 weekly tickets to the National Tourist Meet of University and College Students (EFOTT) held 11-17 July 2017, 2x1 full festival gear for overnight stay, containing one tent, one sleeping bag and one polyfoam mat.
• 1 Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential 3G tablet
• 2 ELTE prize packages:
  • Package 1: 1 sport pass (the winner can choose from the following passes: aerobics, gym, spinning), 1 BEAC sport bag and 1 BEAC sweater provided by BEAC; 1 exclusive wall calendar “Corvinae owned by ELTE” and 1 publication entitled “Relics of Pázmány in the University Library of Budapest” provided by the Foundation for the University Library.
  • Package 2: 1 BEAC sweater, 1 BEAC 1898 T-shirt, 1 BEAC mug provided by BEAC; 1 decorative pillow depicting the frescoes of the Library, and 1 exclusive wall calendar “Corvinae owned by ELTE” and 1 publication entitled “Relics of Pázmány in the University Library of Budapest” provided by the Foundation for the University Library.

In case of unforeseeable events, the Game Organiser reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of identical value to winners instead of the prizes published in the rules of the game.

5. The draw, notification of winners

Time of the draw: 15 May 2017, 12:00 PM

The place of the draw is the seat of the Game Organiser: 1056 Budapest, Szerb utca 21-23.

The draw is public. Winners are drawn with the random number generator function of the Microsoft Office Excel 2007 program. The program assigns random numbers between 1 and 1000000 to the draw participants, then participants are arranged in a decreasing order based on the random number. Participants with the 5 highest random numbers will be the winners of the game.

The Game Organiser shall notify the winners through the e-mail address provided during registration within 5 business days from the draw. The winners may receive their prizes in person at the time and place arranged in advance with the Game Organiser.

5. General rules

The prizes may not be transferred to other persons or exchanged for cash.

The following persons are excluded from the prize draw:

• public employees of the Rector’s Cabinet of Eötvös Loránd University, the ELTE University Library and the ELTE Service Centre, persons employed under a student employment contract, and employees and officers of the Budapest University Athletic Club,
• other persons participating in the organisation and execution of the prize draw,
• and the close relatives and relatives of the above persons within the meaning of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Section 8:1(1) of the Civil Code, respectively.

Registrants shall be excluded from the prize draw if they provided incomplete or incorrect data, if their data are false, or they do not accept the terms and conditions of registration and the rules of the game. The Game Organiser shall not be liable for false data provided by registrants.

If the Game Organiser learns that notwithstanding such exclusion, any of the above persons had participated in the game, the Game Organiser may exclude such persons from the Game and demand the return of the possibly provided prize or the value thereof.

The Game Organiser shall notify winners of their prize and the means of receiving it through the e-mail address provided during registration. If notification cannot be delivered (e.g. the e-mail address provided by the student does not exist or is incorrect), the Game Organiser shall attempt to re-send the notification. If the winner cannot be notified the second time, either, he/she shall be replaced by the student ranked first among reserve winners, who has not yet won a prize in the draw hereunder. If notwithstanding the successfully delivered notification, the winner does not ask for his/her prize within 5 business days, the Game Organiser shall send a second notification. If the winner does not ask for his/her prize upon the expiry of the 5 business days from the second successfully delivered notification, either, he/she shall be replaced by the student ranked next among reserve winners, who has not yet won a prize in the draw hereunder.

By way of registration, the registrant provides his/her unconditional consent to the Game Organiser to use and manage his/her data (provided e-mail address) for the purpose of executing the prize draw hereunder, and to forward such data to the data processor appointed for the processing of data, in compliance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. The registrant acknowledges that the Game Organiser (data manager) and the possibly appointed data processor shall not manage or process his/her data for purposes other than those referred to herein, with particular regard to the analysis of other answers given in the questionnaire. The data manager shall delete the e-mail addresses provided in the course of the prize draw from its database within 8 days from the handing over of the prizes.The legal basis of data management is the consent of the registrants (players) given on a voluntary basis (Information Act, Section 5(1)a)). The Rules hereunder constitute information provided to registrants (players).

Data management serves the execution of the prize draw. Data are provided voluntarily by the registrant. The Game Organiser shall manage the registrant’s data confidentially; these are accessible only by data processing staff appointed by the Game Organiser. Participants of the prize draw may at any time send a request for the correction of or addition to their data to the ELTE Rector’s Cabinet, Quality Development Office (1056 Budapest, Szerb utca 21-23.) or to the minoseg@rk.elte.hu e-mail address, and may prohibit the further management of their data without giving reason. If the registrant withdraws his/her e-mail address prior to the prize draw, he/she shall be excluded from the game.

Note:
* Pursuant to Section 39(3) of Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education, enrolment means the establishment of student status. Registration has a different meaning, where the student indicates in the electronic academic registry system whether he/she wishes to pursue studies in the given academic semester (ELTE Student Requirements, Section 35). Based on registration, the student may pursue studies in vocational training, in the bachelor’s programme, master’s programme, single-cycle programme, PhD programme, or in an older type of university or college programme offered by ELTE.
