The ELTE Dormitory Centre announces the dormitory application to the 2025/26 academic year for the international students who will study in Szombathely (Savaria Campus).

Who can apply?

Any international applicant or student of ELTE, who is or will be studying in Szombathely at the ELTE Savaria Campus, can apply in this application.

You will be forwarded to a confirming page after you have clicked on the “Submit” button.

The application is active
from 15th of May 2025, 10:00 am. (CET)
until 6th of July 2025, 23:59 (CET).

Results of the applications

International students will be assigned to the Pável Ágoston Dormitory III. (Deák street), therefore requesting a dormitory is not possible in this application.

The first wave of applicants will be informed at the same time, expectedly on 11th of July. Then the application will be continuous until the end of the 2025/26 academic year. The Dormitory Centre will send the result in e-mail with the subject “Letter of Acceptance to the ELTE Pável Ágoston Dormitory” or “Letter of Rejection”. Make sure to check your spam folder as well!

Accommodation documents

To help the visa applications, the ELTE Letter of Acceptance includes a paragraph with the address of the ELTE Pável Ágoston Dormitory. This paragraph does not grant you a dormitory place, but it is accepted by every Hungarian and most foreign authorities as a temporary proof of accommodation until you have an accommodation in Hungary.

The Dormitory Centre can issue accommodation documents of the next academic year only if and after you are accepted to a dormitory.
