Anonymous questionnaire against the epidemic HU
ELTE's anonymous questionnaire at the beginning of the academic year measures the level of vaccination of university citizens. The weekly questionnaire will be launched during the week beginning on 6 September and will monitor the developments of the epidemic.

On 30th of August, the ELTE Epidemiological Operative Coordinating Body in its briefing summarized obligations and information for the 2021/2022 academic year. This includes a questionnaire of the level of vaccination of university citizens at the beginning of the academic year and subsequent weekly questionnaires to monitor the developments of the epidemic within the university.

The questionnaires are necessary to protect the health of all ELTE students and staff, to reduce the adverse effects of the epidemic and to maintain the operation of the university. The data collection is anonymous, and specifically designed to collect statistical data. Providing a Caesar ID is only necessary to access the questionnaire, the questionnaire does not store any personal data.

All persons with a Caesar ID are required to complete the anonymous electronic questionnaire on vaccination by 7 September. Findings from vaccination data may provide a basis for tightening or easing the epidemic-related rules of conduct applied at the University. The questionnaire is available here.

Starting from the week of 6 September, once a week, preferably on a Thursday, all persons with a Caesar ID are required to report their current vaccination status in an anonymous electronic questionnaire upon a reminder. From the data of the survey, we will shape the protection rules by learning about the developments of the epidemic within the university. This questionnaire can be found here.

The Epidemiological Operative Coordinating Body publishes the results of the surveys on a weekly basis.
