CHARM-EU mobility opportunities for academic and professional staff
Applications are open for professional and academic staff in CHARM-EU universities – including ELTE – to take part in exchanges at the University of Bergen and the University of Montpellier. ELTE colleagues also have the opportunity to apply for Erasmus+ funding to travel to CHARM-EIGHT partner universities.
Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Call between CHARM-EIGHT partners
For the academic year 2023-2024, ELTE has launched a call for applications for funding teaching and training mobilities of ELTE staff members.
The aim is to encourage educational and training mobility between CHARM-EIGHT partners outside the joint activities carried out in the ongoing project of the Alliance. Academic and professional staff members can apply for funding for mobility activities to be carried out until 30 September 2024.
Applications can be submitted continuously until 30 June 2024.
University of Bergen, Norway (16-21 June, 2024)
The University of Bergen (UiB) will host its annual Staff Mobility Week between 16-21 June, 2024. This year’s programme focusses on four themes:
- AI in research management
- Creating a culture for an innovative administration
- Educational Development
- Universal design of the learning environment
UiB joined CHARM-EU as its newest member in 2023 and would like to welcome participants from all of the CHARM-EU partner universities, including several participants from ELTE.
The deadline of application is 29 February, 2024.

University of Montpellier (from May 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025)
The University of Montpellier has recently announced EXPLORE#6, the sixth edition of its international mobility call for supporting projects.
The aim of the call is to encourage international collaborations, enhance the attractiveness and visibility of the Montpellier site, and contribute to new initiatives. Professional and academic staff as well as PhD and Master students from CHARM-EU Universities can apply for individual mobility stays for the exploration of new international collaboration projects.
The deadline of application is 18 February, 2024.
