LONG-TERM STUDY MOBILITY FOR BA AND MA STUDENTS (MIN. 2 MONTHS - MAX. 1 SEMESTER)

Instructions for filling out the Learning Agreement for Studies

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please provide all requested information on yourself and the sending and host institutions. Both sections must be completed even if the responsible person and the administrative contact person are the same.

  • It is not necessary to provide an 'ESI - European Student Identifier'.

  • The Erasmus code of ELTE is: HU BUDAPES01.

  • If you do not yet know the exact start and end dates of your mobility, please indicate the official opening and closing dates of the semester(s) you will spend at the host institution.

STUDY PROGRAMME AT THE RECEIVING INSTITUTION

  • Students studying for a full semester must complete a minimum of 20 ECTS credits and indicate it in Table A. If you will be studying in an institution where credits are counted in a different system than ECTS (e.g. Argentina, South Korea or the USA), please clarify the conversion value with the partner coordinator at this point. To avoid any subsequent misunderstanding, it is advisable to indicate both the local and the corresponding ECTS credit numbers in the credit column (e.g. use the following format: 5 credits = 10 ECTS).
  • ELTE recognizes credits for not compulsory courses taken abroad as elective courses, but you should aim to take courses at your host university that are relevant to your academic programme / degree course.
  • Erasmus+ programme aims to enable you to participate in a study mobility abroad that is related to your degree course, so make sure you take courses related to your field of study/major. If you have any questions related to courses, please contact your academic coordinator.

RECOGNITION AT THE SENDING INSTITUTION

  • Table „B” (Recognition at the Sending Institution) should be filled in with courses that are equivalent to courses you are taking at the receiving institution. Please contact your academic coordinator and/or the faculty coordinator for help in selecting and listing the subjects. If there is a course that has less credits at ELTE than at receiving institution, in this case you should indicate the remaining credits as an "Elective course" on a separate line.
  • For courses that can only be recognized as elective courses, indicate "Elective course" in the course name.
  • Do not forget to complete the "Automatic Recognition" column (select "Yes").
