Aim of the course:
As a result of the course students will know the methods of leadership (executive) coaching and will be able the essential coaching techniques in situations where business experience is not expected. Successful organizations needs well prepared and competent leaders. The focus of the leadership development coaching is the improvement emotional intelligence and cognitive complexity of the leaders and support the identity development.
