„FREE TO MOVE!“– ELTE SPORTS WEEK IN 2018 AGAIN
Start your semester with BEAC sporty! This academic year also begins with BEAC Sports Week supported by ELTE and Diákhitel. The open week organized on 10-14 September is a good opportunity to get to know the sport-selection of the university sports club. Come and train with our young trainers, sport scholars, fellow freshmen, friends and colleagues!

Find the sport which is most suitable for you! Those who are interested can try more than 40 sport branches at Bogdánfy Street ELTE Sports Camp and at further locations. The trainings are leaded by sports organizers, sports scholars of ELTE and by the trainers of the BEAC departments. During the open week all the trainings can be tried out for free, you can even get to know more than one different branches. The event is for ELTE students and colleagues in the first place, but anyone who is interested is free to come.

Program of ELTE Sports Week:

  • ELTE Aerobic – Moving is happiness: Different types of trainings every day – Zumba, shaping, interval, dynamic yoga, fat burning, piloxing, all on the same place.
  • Our university teams recruit and introduce themselves in futsal, football, basketball, handball, volleyball and water polo. Freshmen Football Cup will be also organized for which you can apply with your team (eltese2008@gmail.com)
  • Functional training, TRX, kettlebell
  • Spinning
  • Athletics, running, swimming, biking
  • Dance sports, introductions: Argentine tango, belly dance, modern jazz dance, Latin dance
  • Martial arts: kick box, muay thai, kung-fu, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing
  • One of the most popular sport, pole fitness, and the newest ones like AirFlow yoga and BALLance training can be tried out, too.

  • Indoor climbing
