Why ELTE?
When I got my bachelor diploma I was looking for one of the most glamorous universities in the world to join to, finally I’ve decided to start the psychology studies in the area of Eastern-Europe, so my choice fall on the oldest university in Hungary, ELTE. It has an important role in the scientific world signed also by the several Noble-Prizes its students have won during the years. I thought that it can widen my knowledgebase in many fields.
What do you like most about being a student at ELTE?
As I’ve mentioned before I’d like widen my perspectives and expand my knowledge with scientific opinions and methods which were not part of my education until now. Regarding my study field, psychology, ELTE is widely recognized due to its scientific results in a field which influences many areas of our everyday life.
What are your challenges in your study program?
The biggest difficulty I faced was and still is the scientific background differentiation in the program because I am studying clinical psychology now but previously I got to know other domains better. On the other hand it motivates me to add value in this scientific area, too.
How do you think your degree will help you in your life and career?
My degree will give me the ability to help to others with the asset of psychology which basically aims to care about other people and the challenges they face in their life.
Do you have any recommendations for future students at ELTE?
Each one of us has his, her own believes and strategies regarding to motivate ourselves in obtaining our degree and we all have different inspirations and ways. For me adding value to the scientific evaluation about ELTE internationally is an important motivation.
