Grant Agreement

This is an official contract between the scholarship winner and Eötvös Loránd University about the conditions of the study/traineeship period and the amount of grant. It contains all the conditions for the mobility and you cannot start your physical mobility, nor receive the scholarship without this document.

• The pdf version of the personalized Grant Agreement will be sent to all students by email, based on the information submitted on the form. The number of days supported and the amount of the grant will be calculated by the Department of Erasmus + International Programmes on the basis of the dates you specify and the rate table published by the European Commission (the amounts can be found in the call for application).
• Please read the Grant Agreement carefully and check if all data is correct (especially the dates and bank details)!
• If you notice any mistake in the contract, do not send them, but report the problem - precisely - to the email address erasmus.out@dep.elte.hu!
• If you find everything correct and you have a user account in the Digital Citizenship Program (DÁP) or other advanced electronic signature provider program, use it for authorizing the Grant Agreement.
• Upload the authorized document in pdf format by clicking on the “Upload signed Grant Agreement” link in Mobility-Online (study mobility) or send it to erasmus.out@dep.elte.hu (traineeship).
• If you notice any errors in the contract, please report them by clicking on the link “Optional: Indicate in case received grant agreement is incorrect” (study mobility) or by email to erasmus.out@dep.elte.hu (traineeship).

Annex 1 of the Grant Agreement is the Learning Agreement (with three signatures), without it the contract is not valid.

Annex 3 to the Grant Agreement is the Erasmus+ Student Charter

The first instalment (90%) of your scholarship is expected to be awarded within 4 weeks of the receipt of the signed Grant Agreement submitted in full. We undertake the above deadlines only in case of complete documentation and completion, if amendment is needed, the Grant Agreement will be sent with some delay! The remaining 10% of your scholarship will be awarded after the successful completion of the mobility and the fulfilment of the obligations set out in the Grant Agreement.
