MAY15
ELTE PPK - Faculty of Education and Psychology

Are you interested in art? Have you ever thought of what can be created by a line? Do you know what a line can mean?

There is an opportunity to have an interactive session in English with this topic and “to spark a dialogue about boundaries, freedom, and the creative act of crossing them” at Deak17 Gallery on the 15th of May (Friday) from 13:30 p.m.

“A line has length, thickness, and color. It can be straight, curved, or zigzagged. The line loops and forms a circle—this is how the character of Menő Manó was once created, along with his objects, landscapes, and the story itself. Following the Italian animated series, we’ll explore where the lines of the exhibition wind and what story they form. In the second part of the interactive session, the students will also tell stories using lines. A line can also be a boundary that, in addition to separating, connects, defines, and highlights.“

Date:15 May (Friday), 2026, at 13:30

Location: Deak17 Gallery (Budapest, Deák Ferenc u. 17, 1052)
