Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility For Incoming Students: During the Mobility

A TO-DO LIST DURING YOUR MOBILITY

CHANGES TO THE LEARNING AGREEMENT

If you find that you need to change the courses you had planned to attend after you arrive in ELTE, you will need to make changes to your Learning Agreement. You can do this by completing the Changes to the learning agreement section of the Learning Agreement, where you indicate the deleted and newly added courses and their equivalents. If you are participating in a traineeship mobility, you can indicate any changes to the originally scheduled assignments in the same way by completing the During the Mobility section accordingly.

Steps on how to fill out Changes to the Learning Agreement section:

  1. After filling out the General Information section, please list all courses (course code, course title, and number of credits) that were included in your original Learning Agreement but that you were unable to take at ELTE in Table A2, and mark them as Deleted Components.
  2. Similarly, please list all new courses that you are currently taking at ELTE (course code, course title, and number of credits) in Table A2, and mark them as Added Components. In this word file, you can add new rows to each Table, so all of the courses involved in the change can fit.
  3. If there are any changes regarding the courses and credits recognized by your home university, you should indicate them in Table B2 in the same manner.
  4. If you scroll down, you will find the Reason for Change section. Please indicate the appropriate reason code for each added or deleted course:
  5. Finally, please complete the signature section. The document needs to be signed by you, your international/academic coordinator at ELTE, and your international coordinator at your home university. Please submit the fully signed Changes to the Learning Agreement document to erasmus.icm@elte.hu

The document is only valid if it is signed by all three parties (the student, ELTE acadmic/international coordinator and partner coordinator)!
