Before the mobility

FOR ERASMUS+ SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS IN THE 2026/27 ACADEMIC YEAR

It is recommended to start the administration 6-8 weeks before the start of the mobility so the scholarship arrives by the start date of the mobility. In case of later administration the scholarship will also be paid later.

Please stay informed about the security status of the country of destination at the website of the Hungarian Consular Services when you begin organising your trip and also immediately before your departure. If the Consular Services does not recommend travel to the host country, you may start your mobility period solely at your own risk, following the submission of a duly authenticated declaration of assumption of liability to the Faculty Coordinator. The template of the declaration is available here.

We recommend that you open a euro-based account for your Erasmus + scholarship.
All obligations related to travelling and staying abroad (travel, accommodation, visa, residence permit, etc.) should be managed and paid by the scholarship holder. You acknowledge the fact that amount of the Erasmus+ grant may be not enough to cover all incurred costs. The calls for additional financial suppports are available here.
