Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), in cooperation with EPSO (About the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) | EU Careers), invites motivated students to apply for the position of EU Careers Student Ambassador for the period October 2026 – September 2027.
This ambassadorship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EU careers promotion, broaden your professional network, and represent ELTE towards EU institutions and the Ministry of EU Affairs — while actively supporting fellow students in exploring EU career pathways.
Eligibility criteria
Requirements set by EPSO:

EU citizenship
-
Fluency in English and in the language of the country of study
-
Availability to participate in a compulsory one-day training in October 2026

Active enrolment at ELTE for the full duration of the ambassadorship (Oct 2026 – Sept 2027)
Additional requirements from ELTE:

No planned mobility during the ambassadorship period
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Willingness to maintain regular contact with ELTE and the Ministry of EU Affairs

Active social media presence
-
Ability to respond to student inquiries related to EU career opportunities
-
Willingness to familiarise yourself with the Graduate Administrator (AD5) competition and EU trainee programmes (Council traineeships, Schuman Programme, Blue Book Programme), and to answer related questions from Hungarian students
