Hi, my name is Bashir Ali. I like science; any kind of science, mainly astronomy. I have an interest in philosophy. I love meeting new people; I love travelling. My next destination is Spain. I enjoy hiking, trekking, and night walks. I love my family and friends.

WHAT STOOD OUT TO YOU ABOUT ELTE?
What stood out to me most was ELTE's international community and welcoming atmosphere. I was impressed by the university's long history, high academic standards, and the opportunities it offers students to grow both academically and personally. Moreover, the value of its degree being one of the top-notch universities for computer science.
WHAT MAKES STUDYING AT ELTE SO GREAT?
Studying at ELTE is great because it combines quality education with a diverse, multicultural environment. The professors are supportive, the campus is inspiring, and there are many opportunities to get involved in student life, research, volunteering, and international activities.
WHAT ARE / WERE YOUR CHALLENGES IN YOUR STUDY PROGRAM?
Adjusting to a new education system while adapting to life in a different country was challenging. Managing coursework, learning new concepts, and balancing university life required time and persistence.
HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THESE CHALLENGES?
I stayed consistent, asked for help when I needed it, and learned from every setback. Connecting with classmates, improving my time management, and maintaining a positive mindset helped me adapt and grow.

HOW DO YOU THINK YOUR DEGREE WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR LIFE AND CAREER?
My Computer Science degree will equip me with strong problem-solving and technical skills while encouraging critical thinking and continuous learning. It will prepare me for a career in technology and enable me to contribute to innovative solutions that have a positive impact on society.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE STUDENTS AT ELTE?
Be curious, get involved, and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Join student activities, make friends from different cultures, ask questions, and enjoy the journey. Make as many friends as you can. Be open.
